The Halpin Scholarship
Halpin is proud to offer up to three $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors located in the communities we serve. Students must be pursuing their associate’s degree in a technical program to be eligible. To qualify for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a home residence in the Southeastern, WI, or Northeastern, IL.
- Must be graduating in 2023 from a High School in a community we serve.
- Must be selecting a Technical School, Apprenticeship, or Trades Program.
- Must have a Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
How to Apply
All applicants are assigned a number and will then be turned over to a panel of judges, with the students identified only by the number assigned to their application. Applicants will be judged using criteria such as the technical program being entered, extracurricular school and community activities, and relevant educator recommendations.
Applications for the Halpin’s Technical Services Scholarship are due September 2023 and must be completed by April 24, 2023. Halpin will announce the recipient on May 5, 2023.
